If you order and pay before 12:00 Monday to Wednesday and before 12:00 on Friday, it will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed on Friday (after 12 noon) to Sunday will be shipped on Monday. There is no package shipping on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Collection at a PostNL location is possible; you can choose from various affiliated PostNL points. Collection from us in the Experience Center of Lanette Medical Aesthetic Group is also possible. This is by appointment only, without an appointment this is NOT possible.

SHIPPING COSTS IN THE NETHERLANDS
Agreements with a net value of €350 or more will be executed free of shipping costs.
If the net value is less than €350, shipping and packaging costs will be charged at €8.26 excl. VAT per order.
SHIPPING COSTS TO BELGIUM
Agreements with a net value of €350 or more will be executed free of shipping costs.

Orders with a delivery address outside the Netherlands and Belgium will always be charged the actual shipping and packaging costs.

Unfortunately, it may happen that MyParcel/PostNL is delayed.
Nobody present
If no one is present, you can pick up your order at the collection location near you, you will receive a notification in your mailbox or check your tracking notification. Your package will remain at the collection depot for a maximum of 6 days. Please note that MyParcel delivers at different times than regular mail.

Lanette Medical Aesthetic Group is not responsible for the delay at MyParcel/PostNL. You cannot hold us liable for this. Order your products in time so that you are not faced with any surprises.
